Refund Policy
This policy covers payments to BluffHR Labs for BluffHR Resume Intelligence. It says the same as section 6 of our Terms of Use.
When we refund in full
Reports and passes are delivered digitally and at once, so purchases are final, except that we refund in full when:
- a payment went through but the report or pass was not delivered;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or
- a technical fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@bluffhr.com with your payment reference and the email on your account. We will either fix the problem or refund you.
How long it takes
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
Renewals and cancelling
Every purchase is a one-time payment and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Unused reports and reviews end when a pass ends.
GST
BluffHR Labs is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices.
